The hotel had comfortable rooms and friendly staff, making it a perfect stay despite being closed for private parties in the afternoon. The location was excellent, close to Times Square and Grand Central, ideal for business and leisure travelers. The dining experience was superb with special attention to guests like serving hot cocoa to individuals. However, the premium prices and long waits were a downside.

The service is exceptionally friendly, and the yogurt parfait is a must-try, though the front desk might need to be more attentive. The location is unbeatable, close to Broadway and Grand Central Terminal, providing a comfortable and elegant stay. The hotel offers quite spacious rooms for New York standards, with beautiful decor and very helpful staff. However, some minor renovations are needed as the baseboards and carpets looked a bit dingy. Unfortunately, there is no kettle and coffee facility in the room.

The hotel had stunning views of the Empire State and the Chrysler Building from my top floor room, despite being small and a bit shabby for the high price of $1659.00 for 3 nights. The service was fabulous, with attentive and efficient staff. The location, although in need of a renovation, was perfect and conveniently close to Times Square. The dining experience was overpriced and not as clear as expected. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
